Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the dbkkk platform and all its services. When you create an account on dbkkk or begin using its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

dbkkk reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to check this page regularly.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to participate on the dbkkk platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

• It is your responsibility to keep your login password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• dbkkk may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may result in temporary account suspension.
• Opening an account with false information will be considered fraud and may result in legal action.

3. Deposit Policy

The following approved payment methods must be used to deposit funds on the dbkkk platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — A digital financial service authorized by the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — A secure and fast digital payment service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — the same rule applies for every payment method. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4. Withdrawal Policy

dbkkk is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and securely.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• You must use your verified account and registered payment method to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, dbkkk reserves the right to conduct additional verification, which may result in longer processing times.
• Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fully met.

5. Currency & Transactions

All transactions on the dbkkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments through third parties are not accepted. It is the responsibility of both us and you to comply with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

6. Welcome Bonus & Promotions

dbkkk offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

• Bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit on a single account.
• The bonus will be forfeited if multiple accounts are used or applicable terms are violated.
• dbkkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus offers are not transferable.

7. VIP Program

The dbkkk VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. dbkkk reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbkkk platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using automated software (bots) or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.

9. Fair Play & Gaming Policy

dbkkk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games are powered by internationally recognized providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
